Curtain Packages boxes making machine working Process:
1. Customer need Prepare suitable width PET roll (most of long boxes by PET material), like 50*50 mm ,or 60*60 mm .that means the width is 210 mm, (50+50)*2+10 gluing area.

2.Flatten function: one simple device for flatten function ,better for later die cut
3. Crease line by round cutter ,material pass and machine running.

4.Die cut: boxes bottom and top design ,we say it as PET boxes ear ,that is one mold ,it can be changed by boxes design.

5. finshed sheet go through the boxes folding and gluing machine ,this part also need adjusting the width of open sheet.
