Machine System:
1. PVC Plastic boxes glued by PVC liquid glue/solvent glue,the gluing side can be totally transparent.But PET boxes glued by PET liquid glue ,it will has a little white.
2.PET plastic boxes glued by PUR glue,the gluing area will be totally transparent ,this system controlled by PLC,so the gluing line can be straight and accurate,you need make your finshed boxes pressed for 3-5 hours once finished pasting PUR glue,so that the PUR glue can reach the best glue effect.
3. PP Plastic boxes adopt the hot sealing methods.PP hot gun make the PP boxes surface melt by sending hot wind,the machine use the pressure make it sticked.all the process no need glue,save the cost and enviroment protection.
4.this machine can be ad hot melt glue system,it is suitable for PET PVC PP Plastic boxes ,and make every kind of boxes transparent.but the melting point of hot melt glue is very low ,when the temperature arrived 80 degree,hot melt will melt and the glue side will open,so please choose carefully if you mind that .
